Unitec’s property gets a face-lift. It was launched as Unitech Country Club. After years in service it needed a new look and feel as demands for standards became high in the hospitality business.
It was time for a change. Club Patio was the new name given with a brand new identity. The name derived from its architecture form. We relooked at that offerings and made several changes. We developed a new communication strategy and design language. In a span of a few months, the entire club was renovated, in that effect, the club not only had an upsurge in members but profits shot up by more than 12% in the first quarter.
My Role: Identity development and strategy, branding and process, naming and overlooking marketing strategy and space.
